Meets ultra-low-temperature performance requirements
Core Component Manufacturing for Extreme Tokamak Temperature Zones
To contain a sun at temperatures near absolute zero: the vacuum vessel surrounds the plasma, the thermal shield blocks radiant heat, the coil cases withstand immense magnetic forces, and the cryostat seals the system in vacuum, bringing stellar heat into a room-temperature engineering boundary.
Plasma temperature is shown as device environment context; marked nodes indicate key structural component temperature boundaries.
Manufacturing Strength
Fusion reactor core components are difficult to manufacture because they must be large, cryogenic, vacuum-tight, and delivered as complete systems — Huali Energy supports system-level delivery with four core capabilities.
Large-Scale Fabrication
12 × 18 mManufactured the world's largest TF magnet coil case, with the capability to form, weld, and assemble giant reactor core components.
Cryogenic Service
-269°CBuilt for superconducting magnets near absolute zero, ensuring structural reliability under extreme low temperatures.
Ultra-High Vacuum
Vacuum SealingManufactured vacuum vessels and cryostats that meet the high-vacuum and long-term sealing demands of fusion devices.
System-Level Delivery
Full CoverageIntegrated delivery of all four reactor core components — vacuum vessel, thermal shield, coil case, cryostat.
