CNC Machining Centers
The company is equipped with multiple large CNC machining centers and CNC lathes, including imported five-axis machining centers, large vertical CNC lathes, and CNC gantry milling machines. Maximum machining diameter reaches 8 meters, with machining accuracy up to 0.01 mm. This advanced CNC equipment cluster provides strong support for high-precision, complex-shaped parts, ensuring each product meets design requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Automated Welding Equipment
Huali Energy operates advanced automated welding equipment and robotic welding systems, including submerged-arc automatic welders, TIG automatic welders, plasma welders, and narrow-gap welders. Welding processes cover stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, nickel-based alloys, titanium, and other metals. A complete welding procedure qualification system and hundreds of qualification records ensure stable and reliable welding quality.

Heat Treatment Facilities
The company has several large heat-treatment furnaces, including trolley resistance furnaces, pit furnaces, and local heat-treatment equipment. The largest furnace chamber can accommodate equipment up to 6 meters in diameter and 20 meters in length. Processes include normalizing, annealing, tempering, solution treatment, and stress relief, all under computerized automatic control to meet relevant standards for temperature uniformity and control accuracy.

Inspection Equipment
The company has comprehensive inspection equipment and methods, including real-time X-ray imaging systems, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle testing equipment, penetrant testing equipment, spectrometers, hardness testers, and metallographic microscopes. Large hydrostatic pressure testing equipment supports test pressures up to 100 MPa, meeting pressure test requirements for a wide range of vessels and pipelines. All inspection equipment is calibrated regularly to ensure accurate and reliable data.
