Quality Management System
Wuxi Huali Juneng Equipment Co., Ltd. has established an integrated quality management system based on ISO 9001 and aligned with ASME code requirements. An independent quality management department, staffed by dedicated quality engineers and inspectors, oversees the entire process from incoming raw materials and production controls to final inspection and shipment. The company strictly implements quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement to ensure every piece of equipment meets design requirements and customer expectations.
Inspection & Testing
The company has advanced inspection and testing capabilities covering raw material re-inspection, welding quality inspection, non-destructive testing, pressure testing, airtightness testing, and more. For non-destructive testing, Huali Energy can perform all four conventional methods: radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and penetrant testing (PT). The company holds multiple special equipment inspection and testing qualifications, and inspectors are certified at the appropriate levels.
