Biomass Gasifiers
Huali Energy's biomass gasifiers use advanced fluidized-bed or fixed-bed technologies to convert agricultural and forestry waste into high-calorific combustible gas. With a sound design and stable operation, gasification efficiency can exceed 85%, and the syngas can be used for power generation, heating, or chemical synthesis.
Pyrolysis Reactors
The company provides dedicated reactor equipment for fast biomass pyrolysis to oil. Rotary cone or fluidized-bed pyrolysis technologies rapidly decompose biomass under oxygen-deficient conditions into bio-oil, biochar, and non-condensable gas, enabling efficient cascade utilization of biomass resources.
Fuel Pretreatment Systems
Huali Energy supplies complete biomass fuel pretreatment equipment, including crushers, dryers, pelletizers, and conveying systems. Waste Heat Recovery Systems

Gasification System for a Biomass Power Project
Huali Energy supplied a complete gasification system for a 30 MW biomass gasification power project. Using crop straw as feedstock, the project processes about 200,000 tons of biomass annually and generates more than 200 million kWh per year, with stable and efficient operation.
